Home Science is very important subject in gaining knowledge to meet the challenges of day to day life with confidence.

The Home Science Lab in Aklank College of Education is well equipped, well lighted and well ventilated. The Lab has all the necessary Kitchen equipment such as Refrigerator, Microwave and Juicer Mixer. The Lab has ample Crockery and Cutlery sets.

Few Activities performed by the Home Science students Of Aklank College of Education are – Diet Planning for regular and therapeutic needs, tie & die, flower arrangement, Block printing, Table setting, Cooking of samples recepies etc.

Time to time various competitions are organized like Rangoli making, fireless cooking and flower decoration etc. The Lab has an ample workplace to accommodate a large number of students at a time.
